Returns PolicyReturn Policy:
We will accept postage paid returns within 15 days of purchase after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained. Items must be in original packaging in new condition with all tags intact. On approved returns we will refund the purchase price less all shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. .
We are happy to assist you with exchanges made within 15 days. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and the shipping cost to send out the new exchanged item. Items sent back for exchange must be in the same new condition as received with all tags intact. Please contact us prior to sending an item for exchange to help expedite the process.

Sales tax of 9.25% will be added to all purchases shipped to a California address.
We normally ship within two business days of receipt of payment. Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase.
Shipping Policy:
Most shipments within the United States ship via Priority Mail. Some smaller items may ship via First Class Mail. Most International Shipments now ship by dhl or Express Mail. On smaller orders Canadian customers my choose First Class Mail shipping with the understanding that this is a much slower shipping method. Buyer is responsible for any customs fees/duties imposed by their country. Please note that the seller cannot guarantee delivery times on International shipments since once a package reaches it's destination Country it has to clear through Customs. With dhl or Express Mail shipping most customers do receive their shipments in 7 business days but this is an estimated delivery time. International Buyers are responsible for any customs fees / duty charged by their Government on incoming shipments. |
